RobbinsHR, LLC is a modern strategic HR consulting practice for local small and mid-sized businesses (SMB) in Maine. It was founded on the belief that thriving local businesses are the backbone of healthy, sustainable communities – this is true everywhere, but it is particularly true in Maine. For a fraction of the cost of an internal hire, Maine SMBs can access flexible, leadership-level HR expertise to build positive, compliant workplaces that contribute to the vitality of our local communities.
I offer weekly fractional subscriptions, as-needed consultation, and project work across the full range of HR functional areas – from compliance to culture, compensation to communications, and everything in between – as well as training facilitation and workplace investigations. I engage deeply with my clients, not just surface level, in order to get to know their goals and challenges. My clients and I work collaboratively to build strategic progress for their business, whether that looks like creating needed structure, navigating difficult employment situations, or preparing for future growth.
